Membership

Skin in the game

ATT is member-based by design — distributed continental ownership, so the institution depends on no single state, family or funder. Membership is open to individuals and institutions across all six regions; governments engage through MoUs, never as members.

Ways in

Three ways to belong

The membership platform opens with a basic tier in Q4 2026; the inaugural cohort is announced publicly in Q1 2027.

Founding members

The owners of the institution — sworn in by the Constituent General Assembly.

  • Base share subscription of USD 250–500, plus voluntary sponsor contributions
  • A seat and a voice in the Constituent General Assembly
  • Council of Founders standing — veto rights over fundamental change
  • Named in the inaugural cohort announcement, Q1 2027
Individual members

Builders, operators and experts across the continent and the diaspora.

  • Basic tier first — the platform opens in Q4 2026
  • Access to services, matchmaking and the network
  • The regional roadshow and the Continental Summit
  • A hundred strong by June 2027
Institutional members

Companies, universities and organisations — never governments, which engage by MoU.

  • Structured access to services and the ecosystem
  • Matchmaking across six regions
  • Standing at the Summit and the roundtables
  • Ten institutions by June 2027

Share amounts are indicative — final figures are set by the Resource Mobilisation task force and confirmed by the Assembly.
