The founding authority — it adopts the Statutes, confirms every mandate and swears in the founders. Nothing fundamental happens without it.
Council of Founders
The guardians of the mission — holding veto rights over fundamental change, so no majority of the moment can redirect the institution.
Board of Directors
Seven seats, accountable for delivery — it holds the live risk register and answers to the Assembly.
Technical Committees
The expert engines — Governance & Legal, Knowledge & AI, Resource Mobilization and their peers, each chaired by a named lead.

Accountable by habit
